PAYMENT AGAINST WORKERS WELFARE FUND (WWF)

 

 

With reference to our Circular on the subject, we have sought a clarification from the FBR (copy of letter attached which is self explanatory).

 

We are also enclosing herewith a FBR Board?s clarification regarding payment against WWF for information and compliance which clearly states that:

 

?Since the WWF Ordinance 1971, a Federal law on the subject, still exists and has not been repealed, therefore, the Industries are bound by law to pay WWF to Federal Board of Revenue.?
