Drawback of Local Taxes and Levies 2016-17

 

 

This is to inform our valued members that Ministry of Textile Industry, vide Notification No.1(41)TID/14-RDA dated 14th November, 2016 has announced 4% Drawback of Local Taxes and Levies Scheme on FOB realized value of 10% incremental exports during 2015-16 as compared to 2014-15 (copy attached).

 

PHMA Counters are now set to receive Applications for processing of DLTL claims as per below schedule.

 

SCHEDULE

Last date for receiving of Applications at PHMA Counters: 15th March, 2017.

Last date of submission of claims to nominated bank: 31st March, 2017

Last date for the claim applications to reach State Bank of Pakistan: 30th April, 2017

 

The service charges for processing and authenticating the claim application at PHMA will be 1% of claim amount subject to minimum Rs 10,000/=.
