Notices to several exporters under Section 48(1)(b)/(ca) of the Sales Tax Act, 1990

 

PHMA has observed that the Regional Tax Office, FBR has served Notices to several exporters under Section 48(1)(b)/(ca) of the Sales Tax Act, 1990 read with rue 71 of the Sales Tax Rules 2006 for the attachment of bank account and debit amount from exporters? bank amount.

 

If any of our valued members had presently or in the past received such notices are advised to immediately inform the Association by tomorrow Wednesday 12thApril, 2017 and urgently send the copy of Notice to the Association to enable us to take up the matter with the concerned authorities to resolve the matter up to the satisfaction of the aggrieve members.
