Time Barred DLTL AND DDT Claims

 

Dear Members,

 

Many of our valued members have approached us regarding their time-barred old Claims of Drawback of Local Levies & Taxes (DLTL) and new claims of Duty Drawback of Taxes (DDT) under PM Export Package particularly due to bank negligence.

 

As Federal Secretary, Ministry of Textile Industry, Mr. Hassan Iqbal is visiting PHMA House, Karachi on Thursday 27th July, 2017 at 11:30 a.m., Members are requested to send details of their Time Barred DLTL Claims along with supporting documents and bring their time barred cases personally to take up with the Federal Secretary.
