The SECP has issued guidelines for all Companies under the provisions of Companies Act?2017, vide their letter No.CLD/CCD/602/29/2017/1149 dated 10th November 2017.

 

Copy of the letter is attached, the contents of which are self-explanatory.

 

Members are advised to ensure compliance as required under the law on top priority basis before the deadlines mentioned.
