PENDING APPLICATIONS FOR ZERO-RATING OF SALES TAX ON UTILITIES

Dear Members,

 

This is with reference to the visit of Member Inland Revenue (Operations), FBR, Mr.Khawaja Tanveer Ahmad to PHMA House, Karachi, on 4^th  December 2017 wherein the issues of Members of PHMA relating to sales tax were discussed in detail.

 

Member, Inland Revenue (Operations), FBR, has assured PHMA that they will speedily process all applications for the zero-rating of sales tax on utilities, PARTICULARLY THOSE WHOSE SURVEYS HAVE BEEN DONE.

 

Members are therefore, requested to kindly send details of their applications for the zero-rating of sales tax on utility bills to PHMA as per below format along with relevant documents latest by Monday, 11^th December 2017
