Notices under section 21 of Sales Tax Act 1990 for De-registration, Blacklisting and Suspension of ST Registration and Disallowance of Sales Tax Refunds

 

 

All those members who have received Notices under section 21 of Sales Tax Act 1990 for De-registration, Blacklisting and Suspension of ST Registration and Disallowance of their Sales Tax Refunds, may immediately provide a copy of their Notice along with their complete case for reference of PHMA to take up the matter with FBR for remedy and to safeguard their legitimate business.

 

Kindly provide required documents in hard copy to PHMA by Friday, 12^th January, 2018.
