Some of our valued members facing difficulties in submitting shipping information on-line to Mintex resulting in in-correct entries . To enable the Association to take up the matter with Mintex , & rectify the errors concerned members are requested to submit details of such entries on the following proforma latest by 21 Apr 2010 :
