INCORRECT BILLING OF GAS BILLS BY SSGC TO ZERO RATED / EXPORT INDUSTRIES

 

 

The Government has fixed the tariffs for Registered Manufacturers or Exporters of five Zero-Rated sectors and their Captive Power namely: Textile (including jute), carpets, leather, sports and surgical goods to Rs600/- per MMBTU (includes GIDC & Sales Tax) while the tariff for General Industry has been revised to Rs780/- per MMBTU (excluding GIDC & Sales Tax)

 

All those members, who have received their Gas Bill with rate of Rs780/- + GIDC instead of Rs600/-, are requested to send their copies of Gas Bills, NTN Certificate and MINTEX Registration Certificate so that the Association may take up the matter with concerned for needful.
