Corporate Regional Tax Office (CRTO) has Withdrawn all Notices issued to member exporters regarding Withholding of Sales Tax u/s 3(7) of Sales Tax Act 1990

 

 

With the best efforts of the Association, Corporate Regional Tax Office (CRTO) has withdrawn all Notices issued  to member exporters regarding Withholding of Sales Tax u/s 3(7) of Sales Tax Act 1990 for furnishing record, documents and statement for the period July-2014 to June-2019

 

Therefore, members are not required to reply to RTOs on subject matter.
