MISSING OF GOODS FROM EXPORT CONSIGNMENTS SHIPPED BY AIR

Members have informed the Association that their foreign buyers have complained them about the frequent missing of goods from export consignments. On enquiry, it has been revealed that the incidents of missing of goods were happened at airports to those export consignments which were shipped by Air.

In view of the above, if other members have received similar complaints from their foreign buyers and that are related to those export consignments which were shipped by Air, are advised to send following details to the Association at info@phmaonline.com to enable us to take up the matter with the Concerned Authority.
