?SSGCL AGREED TO WITHDRAW LETTER TO CONSUMERS? - FIVE ZERO RATED SECTORS

We are pleased to inform you that upon timely intervention of the Association, the Management of SSGC has principally agreed to withdraw the most disputed letter recently issued to manufacturer or exporter of five zero rated sectors, requiring zero rating certificate from or otherwise to charge higher rate of industrial tariff in total violation of notified gas tariff to manufacturer or exporter of five zero rated sectors.

Accordingly, no further action is required at the end of members and SSGC will continue to supply gas @ Rs786/- per MMBTU., however, you may keep us in loop in case of further unwarranted development, if any.
