SBP F.E. CIRCULAR NO. 01 DATED 10TH FEBRUARY 2021

SBP MODERNIZES FOREIGN EXCHANGE REGULATIONS TO FACILITATE EXPORTERS ALLOWING TO ESTABLISH SUBSIDIARY/ BRANCH OFFICE ABROAD BY EXPORT-ORIENTED INDUSTRIES FOR PROMOTING EXPORTS

 

The Federal Government has approved and the State Bank of Pakistan has revised and modernize the Foreign Exchange Regulations to facilitate the Exports and has allowed for Establishment of Subsidiary/ Branch Office abroad by the export oriented companies to enable them for export enhancement/promotion. SBP FE Circular No. 01 dated 10th February 2021 is enclosed herewith for perusal and reference.
