FBR NOTIFICATIONS - EOU & SME RULES, INCOME TAX & CUSTOMS

Proposed Amendments in the Rules

?

The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has proposed several amendments in the Export Oriented Units and Small & Medium Enterprises Rules 2008, the Customs Rules 2001 and the Income Tax Rules 2002, as per SROs, as follows:

1)?? SRO.181(I)/2021 Dated 10th February 2021 (Customs Notifications) Draft amendments in the Export Oriented Units and Small & Medium Enterprises Rules 2008, proposed to be made by FBR.

2)?? SRO.175(I)/2021 Dated 10th February 2021 (Income Tax Notifications) Draft amendments in the Income Tax Rules 2002, regarding REFUNDS, proposed to be made by FBR.

3)?? SRO.164(I)/2021 Dated 4th February 2021 (Customs Notifications) Draft amendments in the Customs Rules 2001, regarding "Enrolment in Pakistan Single Window (PSW)", proposed to be made by FBR.

Any objections or suggestions on above may be sent to FBR, accordingly.
