URGENT & MOST IMPORTANT

SIMPLIFICATION OF EXPORT PROMOTION SCHEMES

It is to inform that Federal Board of Revenue (Customs Wing) is undertaking an exercise of simplification of export promotion schemes by developing a Single Unified Scheme instead of Manufacturing Bond, DTRE scheme under SRO 450(1)/2001, Export Oriented Unit under SRO 327(I)/2008 and Temporary Importation Scheme under SRO 492(I)/2009 (SROs are attached herewith).

A Draft Text of proposed Single Unified Scheme (attached) has been forwarded by the FBR for comments and observations from the exporters so that Draft of proposed single unified scheme may be finalized.

Therefore, member exporters are requested that the required input, comments and observations as desired by the Customs Wing, FBR may be sent to the Association latest by Friday, 21st May, 2021 to enable us to submit the comprehensive proposal in time.
