With reference to the Letter No.SOC-I/CMSCMD-341/2011 dated 19-10-2011 from Chief Minister?s Secretariat, Sindh, Karachi and Letter No.LG(SOVII)/4-33/KWSB/2011 dated 31.10.2011 from Local Government Dept, Government of Sindh, Karachi copies enclosed regarding withhold of  increased water rates by KW&SB which is still under process.

 

Hence, M/s. (Name of Company), is your large bonafide consumer and regular payee of the bills and we are paying the bills as follows with new rates under protest. We also request you to please exempt the surcharge amount of September, 2011 bills and oblige.
