REQUEST FOR PROPER NAME IN YOUR CHEQUES / PAY ORDER

Dear Respected Member,

Please refer to our previous e-mail Circular Ref No.PHMA/CIR/192/2009 of 26th December 2009 regarding ?APPEAL FOR DONATION TO OVERCOME YARN CRISIS?. This is to request you to please send Rs.5,000/- by Cheque or Pay Order in the name of Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers Association / PHMA only.

Please remember not to put the word & Exporters should not be written while issuing cheque or pay order because the formalities with the bank with regards to change of name of bank account has not been done as this matter is pending with SECP.

This request to be followed for all cheques or pay orders issued to PHMA until further notice.
