GENERAL CONDONATION OF SED TIME BARRED REFUND SYSTEM

 

Dear Sir,

 

We have to inform to all our valued members that on representation and continuous follow up on the subject matter, FBR at last issued General Condo nation of SED time barred refund system, condoning the time limit U/S 43 of the Federal Excise Act 2005. It is one time condo nation.

   

Members are requested to please go through the attached circular & take immediate action in the matter.
