Please refer to our circular dated 31st October, 2009 emailed to all members about the vigorous efforts of Central Chairman, PHMA, Rana Muhammad Mushtaq Khan; Chief Coordinator, Mr. M. Jawed Bilwani and Chairman, SZ, Mr. Akhtar Yunus and meetings with Member Customs, Mr. Munir Qureshi; Collector of Customs (Exports), Mr. Ghulam Ahmed and Collector of Customs (PACCS), Mr. Nisar Muhammad on the subject of our PHMA members? outstanding Rebate Cases ? MANUAL and CARE on 30th October, 2009.
 
We understand that good results have ensued and some members have received payments.
 
In view of the above, we would greatly appreciate if those members who have received their payments against Rebate Claims, inform us on receipt of this circular, for our information as per format given below:
