Certification on Lean Sigma Green Belt from VRI,USA

Dear Sir,

Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers and Exporters Association in collaboration with Bfz gGmbH, Germany, has arranged a ten days training program on the subject noted above for its members at PHMA House, Karachi Commencing from 22-12-2012, wherein detailed information/knowledge will be provided on the following subjects:

?  How to Reduce Shipment Delays

?  How to Reduce Motion or Material Handling

?  How to Reduce  Transportation

?  How to Reduce Over processing/overdesign

?  How to Reduce Over Production

?  How to Reduce Inventory

?    How to Reduce Defects/Reworks

After completion of the training; participants will have to Implement LSGB Concept in their respective companies under the supervision of Trainer. Successful participants will become the Certified LSGB practitioner from VRI, USA

PHMA members are most welcome to nominate their Staff Members. Last date of submitting the nominations is 17^th of December 2012.

PHMA members will save up to 50% in the training fees and certification, the actual cost of training and certification is Rs.71000/participant, since the program is being financed/subsidized by Bfz gGmbH.The subsidized fee per participant is Rs.35000/- only.
