SECTION 153A SUSPENDED TILL JUNE 30, 2013

 

The ?Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has suspended the Section 153A of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001 under SRO No. 1487 (I)/2012 dated 24th December 2012 whereby every manufacturer has to collect withholding tax at the time of sale to all distributors, dealers and wholesalers and the provisions of Section 153A of the Income Tax Ordinance 2001 shall not apply to any manufacturer till June 30, 2013.?

 

Being circulated to all members of the association for their information.
