TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION

 

EXPORTERS AFFECTED DUE TO TRANSPORTERS? STRIKE

 

 

Consequent to the recent Transporters Strike announced on 6^th November, 2013 which unfortunately continued till Sunday, 17^th November, 2013 (eleven days) all our member exporters who were affected are requested to submit details at the soonest:

 

1.   Evidence of booking of consignment in vessel with all details of missing of sailing date;

2.   Shipments by air due to missing vessel along with all supporting;

3.   Cancellation of orders by the buyers with supporting;

4.   detention charges paid by them against trucks / containers with supporting

 

Member exporters? prompt reply with all details and supporting will enable the association to approach and convince the government to grant air freight subsidy in all such cases.
