Exporters goods being damaged during ANF Examination

In the meeting with Director General, Anti Narcotic Force (ANF), Brig. Muhammad Abuzar when terminal operators were also present, Brig. Muhammad Abuzar and GM, Muhammad Rizwan of QICT apprised us that in case of goods being damaged during ANF Examination, member exporters can lodge their complaints along with supporting and coloured pictures with the concerned Terminal Operator as it is their duty and responsibility to arrange proper handling of export consignments during inspection and ensuring that goods are not damaged and goods and cartons are repacked properly before the container loading on the vessel.

In this regard all such members are advised that in case of damage to their goods occurring during the examination at the terminal they should lodge their complaints & claims along with supporting and pictures with the concerned terminal operator under copy to the Association.

1. Complaints relating to FCL send letter to concerned Terminal i.e. KICT or PICT or QICT
2. Complaints relating to LCL send letter to concerned Yard i.e. Badruddin Yard or Iranian Yard or Seaboard Yard.
