ALL SUCH MEMBERS WHO HAVE RECEIVED FBR SHOW CAUSE NOTICE UNDER SECTION II (2) OF THE SALES TAX ACT 1999 FOR REFUNDS SANCTIONED AGAINST INVOICES ISSUED BY BLACKLISTED /SUSPENDED UNITS FOR PERIOD  BEFORE 2008 WHICH PERIOD IS LEGALLY TIME BARRED (OVER SIX YEARS) ARE ADVISED TO SEND SUCH NOTICES TO THE ASSOCIATION FOR PURSUING WITH FBR.
