We are sending you herewith letter of Dr. Amir Ahmed Shaikh, DIG Traffic Range, Karachi addressed to The Addl. Inspector General of Police, Karachi Range, on the subject, which is self explanatory and requesting to avoid action against such vehicles who have factory fitted tinted glasses, coming out of the Port or they have no original registration number plates not yet issued by the authority.
