1- Details of pending Custom Rebate Claims of August, 2014 and earlier

2- Pending approval of DTRE for more than 30 days

We are pleased to inform all our valued members that the Chief Collector Customs (Enforcement South), Mr. Muhammad Zahid Khokhar; Collector Exports - Karachi and Collector Exports - Port Qasim who visited PHMA House, Karachi today Wednesday, 14^th October, 2015, have been very receptive and cooperative to the issues and problems of our member exporters discussed therein.

Consequent to this meeting today, all our valued members are requested to send to the Association, by email,latest by Friday 16th October, 2015 statement of their details of pending Custom Rebate Claims of August, 2014 and earlier, separately port-wise as per format attached on their Letterheads as well as those pending approval of DTRE for more than 30 days as well as all other relevant related issues, for onward submission to the above officials to enable to pursue for speedy action.

MEMBERS ARE STRICTLY ADVISED THAT DETAILS OF THE PENDING CUSTOM REBATE CLAIMS CLAIMS SHOULD BE COMPILED AS PER ATTACHED FORMAT AND PLEASE DO NOT SEND PENDING CUSTOM REBATE CLAIMS ONWARDS SEPTEMBER, 2014.
