C. I. B. REPORTING AND NON PERFORMING LOANS (N. P. L)

This is to inform all our valued members that the Chairman of TMA, Mr. Farrukh Maqbool held a meeting with Mr. Haroon Akhtar Khan, Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Revenue wherein the matter of C. I. B reporting and "Non Performing Loans of Sick Industries? was discussed and it was assured by the Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Revenue, such cases will be reviewed and decision will be taken on merit to provide relief for the units striving to revive their business.

All such PHMA members having C. I. B reporting and Non Performance Loans of their units are advised to send to our Association the following details:

1. Name of the company

2. Date of establishment

3. How much in the US$ was the company?s peak export during the last 10 years and which year was the peak performance

4. Any suggestions for the relief the company is seeking from the banks to revive their business.

5. If given relief, how much the company can expect to grow their exports in the next 3 years.

Above data must reach this Association latest by 17th November, 2015 for onward submission .
