DRAFT RECOMMENDATION IN RESPECT OF INCREASE IN MINIMUM RATES OF WAGES FOR WORKERS IN DIFFERENT 41 INDUSTRIES IN THE PROVINCE OF SINDH

We are attaching herewith letter of the Secretary, Minimum Wages Board, Sindh which is self explanatory.

Minimum Wages Board has decided to increase the minimum rates of wages by 28.33% w.e.f. 1st July, 2015 of all categories of workers (skilled / semi skilled & highly skilled) in different 41 industries including Textile Industry, Hosiery Industry and Readymade Garments Industry in the Province of Sindh.

Members are advised to send their objections / suggestions if any on the above increase in minimum rates of wages latest by 25th January, 2016 for onward submission to the Minimum Wages Board, Sindh.
