SUBJECT: INVOICES OF PURCHASE OF COTTON YARN REQUIRED BY THE ASSOCIATION FOR COMPREHENSIVE PRESENTATION.
As you are well aware, the Association is making hectic efforts for easy availability of cotton yarn to all our valued members and in this regard, has been circulating all details, Press Clippings, Press Appeals and necessary information of progress towards same.
Presently we are in the process of preparation of a comprehensive Presentation for President and Prime Minister of Pakistan for which we request all those members who are procuring cotton yarn from the below listed firms to please provide to the Association BY FAX /EMAIL photocopies of all invoices of purchases of cotton yarn for the last four months from the firms listed below:
